Services
OTR Fleetworx provides diesel engine repair, fleet maintenance, DOT inspections, and related commercial vehicle services at our shop located at 2377 US-78, Moody, AL 35004. Service requests submitted through our website are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed by our team.
Estimates & Authorization
Estimates provided are based on initial diagnosis and may change once further inspection is performed. We will contact you for authorization before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate. Verbal or written approval is required before additional repairs are started.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full. Unpaid balances may be subject to a mechanic's lien under Alabama law.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and parts used and will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications after service is performed.
Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days after completion of service without communication will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to pursue remedies available under Alabama law, including storage fees and disposal procedures.
Limitation of Liability
OTR Fleetworx is not liable for delays caused by parts availability, manufacturer back-orders, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
